The Fidelio Trio have been dazzling audiences with their dramatic, eloquent and passionate performances on stages across the world for many years. Shortlisted for the 2016 Royal Philharmonic Society Music Awards, they lavish loving care and sensitivity to their works to produce effortlessly beautiful concerts.

The Trio are champions of the piano trio genre and in this concert present a diverse programme including Philip Glass, Kevin Volans, David Lang and John Zorn. Their performances are bright and electrifying, exploring texture, harmony and melody through new compositions and fresh approaches to classical pieces.

'The trio construct the wonderfully detailed sound worlds impressively: chilly false harmonics shimmer and form whirlpools of ambience, while icy cluster chords receive impeccable tuning.'
